Los Altos & Los Altos Hills Update

Here’s what happened this past week (3/23 to 3/29). 104 homes went into contract in Santa Clara County (for comparison, 320 homes went into contract for the same days last year). 43 of those contracts have contingencies and 51 are pending sale with no contingencies. The others sold in the same week (many of which were added to MLS for “comp purposes only”).⁣

𝗟𝗼𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗼𝘀 ⁣

Two homes went into contract, one listed at $4,690,000 that is pending (listed on March 20 and sold on March 29) and one listed at $2,289,000 that has a contingency (listed on March 11 and sold on March 24).⁣

𝗟𝗼𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀⁣

One home went into contract that was listed at $3,788,000 and there is a contingency. It had been on the market for 54 days.⁣

Although real estate is now deemed an essential business, we are still under strict guidelines by Santa Clara County.
