Los Altos & Los Altos Hills Update

Here’s what happened this past week (3/30 to 4/5).

Los Altos
One home listed at $3 million that had been on the market since March 12 went into contract. It is expected to close the end of April. The following homes closed escrow last week:

There are 20 homes that are pending sale in Los Altos. There are 35 homes for sale (12 have been listed since SIP order, and 5 of those were just last week).

Los Altos Hills
No homes went into contract or closed escrow. There are 8 homes pending sale. There are 19 homes currently for sale, only one that went on the market since the SIP.

Santa Clara County
95 homes went into contract (it was 104 the previous week). 224 homes closed escrow last week in the county (226 the week before). All of this and the above tells us that transactions are still happening and we can make it work – for those that really need to buy or sell.
