Here’s what happened this past week (4/6 to 4/12).⁣

Los Altos
4 homes went into contract. 2 homes closed escrow (both had gone into contract just before the shelter-in-place):

There are 21 homes that are pending sale in Los Altos. 9 of them went into contract after the shelter-in-place mandate and 4 of those were just this past week.⁣

There are currently 37 homes for sale; 4 new listings happened last week and already 2 more came on the market this week.⁣

Los Altos Hills
Only one home closed escrow last week: 10520 Sundown Canyon (List Price: $3,600,000; Sale Price: $3,475,000). Plus, one home, that I represented, when into contract and is closing this week as well (List Price: $3,995,000). There was also one new listing last week for $3,998,000. There are 18 other homes currently for sale.⁣

Santa Clara County
137 homes went into contract – the most per week since shelter in place (last week was 95 homes and 104 before that). That’s encouraging!!⁣
